Arora Group is committed to ensuring we conduct our business in an open, ethical and transparent manner.
The Criminal Finances Act 2017 came into force on 30 September 2017.
The Act introduced a new corporate criminal offence of failure to prevent the facilitation of tax evasion by another party.
We have a zero tolerance approach to tax evasion and are committed to ensuring that employees, subsidiaries, agents or any other person acting on the Group’s behalf do not facilitate any form of tax evasion either in the UK or overseas. Learn more about our tax strategy.
