Hotels to property and construction organisation The Arora Group today announces that it has completed the purchase of the C&L Country Club. Approximately 30 minutes’ drive from central London, on the edge of the A40 opposite the Polish War Memorial, the acquisition includes over 30 acres of prime land in a strategic location.
Originally known as a specialist airport hotel owner operator, the Arora Group established their first city centre hotel in 2017 with the opening of the InterContinental London – The O2 and most recently has diversified further into the country house hotel market with the opening of Fairmont Windsor Park and the recent acquisition of LutonHoo Hotel, Golf & Spa.
The purchase of the C&L Country Club continues the journey of portfolio diversification, and the land is well positioned to capture the significant pent-up demand for the leisure and logistics markets.
