Nelson joins InterContinentalLondon – The O2 with more than 10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. His previous roles include Bar Operations Manager at the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund, Bar Manager at the Waldorf Hilton London andFounder and CEO of the Drinks Diary Bar Trade Magazine in Portugal.
